Hot Stove Tracker At MLB.com

Tony LaRussa leads active managers with 2,552 wins and is third alltime behind Connie Mack and John McGraw.

MLB.com has a list that will make it easier for baseball fans to track the transactions made during the offseason.

There are presently 294 free agents and the tracker breaks down the free agents by position so instead of checking 294 names to find all the second baseman on the list just select second basemen and you find a list of the nine second baseman who are free agents.

Another great way to keep up with what is going on during the offseason is the all offseason acquisitions option which lists 31 players of today who have been acquired by re-signing, trading for, exercising options, are spring invitees or have been claimed off waivers.

Players can file for free agency until November 20. By the time the winter meetings are over on December 10 in Indianapolis there should be a lot of activity on the trade and free agent front. A lot more players should know which team they are playing for in 2010 by Christmas.
